A proposed nationwide Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving certain METHOD and ECOVER branded products. The Settlement resolves litigation over whether the Defendant allegedly violated state and federal laws regarding the labeling, marketing, and advertising of certain METHOD and ECOVER branded products. You may be eligible to participate in the proposed Settlement, if it is finally approved, if you purchased certain METHOD or ECOVER branded products between August 1, 2010 and April 27, 2017.
